This website is operated by Lureon Global Holdings LLC, doing business as LUREON Roofing (“LUREON,” “we,” or “us”), a residential roofing and property services business serving Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas.

This policy applies to this website and to the information you submit through it. It does not apply to other companies’ websites, or to information you provide to us outside of this website.

The shorter Property Evaluation form asks for:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property address
• One or more reasons for the request
• Preferred consultant (optional)
• Referral source
• Referral detail when the selected source shows that field (optional)
• Message or additional details (optional)

The multi-step Plan Your Roof consultation and estimate form may also collect the following information when you choose to provide it:

• Contact information and the property address
• Property details, including the current roofing system, number of stories, and detached structures
• Project type, timing, and current status
• Insurance information, including the carrier, date of loss, and claim number
• Roof measurements and values, including surface area (SF), squares (SQ), lengths (LF), waste percentage, and roof-only replacement cost value (RCV) or actual cash value (ACV), as applicable
• Consultant preference
• Appointment location, date, and time preferences
• Notes about the property or project
• Uploaded insurance documents, roof measurements, property photos, and inspiration or reference files

We also store the page where you started the request and limited submission metadata used to route inquiries and reduce spam. You may also contact us by phone, text, or email using the links on this site; in that case we receive whatever information you choose to share.

This website is delivered by hosting and database infrastructure. As with essentially any website, those systems process ordinary connection information — such as the request itself and standard server log data — to deliver pages, keep the site available, and identify abuse or errors. The form also uses simple, non-tracking checks to reduce automated spam submissions.

We do not build visitor profiles from this information, and we do not use it to identify you beyond what is necessary to operate and protect the website.

We use the information described above to:

• Prevent spam, abuse, and misuse of the form

Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing emails or recurring text messages. We contact you about the request you made.

We use Lovable for website hosting, application delivery, transactional email, and visitor analytics when enabled; Supabase for database and authentication services; Adobe Fonts (Typekit) for Neue Haas Grotesk; and Google Fonts for Inter. The BBB seal in the footer is delivered from BBB’s servers and links to LUREON’s BBB profile. These providers process information or assets on our behalf so the site can function and deliver requested communications.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LUREON, our customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information, use cross-site behavioral advertising, or profile visitors for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. When Lovable visitor analytics is enabled, it may process aggregate information such as visitors, page views, session duration, referral source, page, device type, and country to help us understand website performance. Hosting, security, and form-delivery providers may process basic technical data needed to operate and protect the site.

We keep evaluation requests and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry, perform and document any work that follows, maintain ordinary business and legal records, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. When information is no longer reasonably necessary for those purposes, we delete it or otherwise dispose of it.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect the information submitted through this site, including restricting access to form submissions. No website or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim any certification or absolute security.

You can ask us about the information you have provided. Where applicable, a request may include access to that information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or raising a concern or appeal about how we handled your request. Rights vary depending on the law that applies to you and to us, so we will review each request individually.
