Accountability
The details are agreed in writing.
The agreement identifies the work included, material selections, price, and payment schedule. Timing, delivery, access, and site-protection details are confirmed before the crew arrives.

Protection
The property is treated as part of the work.
Access, deliveries, landscaping, gates, and fragile items are accounted for. If weather or uncovered issues change the plan, we explain the change before added work proceeds.

Completion
A project is finished only when it is closed out.
For installation projects, cleanup, a magnetic nail sweep, the final walkthrough, and any included completion or warranty records complete the work.
